Expert criminal defense attorney John Dowd, a former lawyer of President Donald Trump, ripped apart special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe in a recent interview with ABC News — and what he said has the mainstream media very upset.
Dowd agreed with both the House and Senate Intelligence Committee findings, which have both announced that there is zero evidence of collusion between Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and Russian intelligence agencies.

But then he took it one step further, calling the probe a “terrible waste of time” and “one of the greatest frauds” in American history.
“I will be shocked, if anything regarding the president is made public, other than, ‘we’re done’,” Dowd predicted.
The statement comes just days after the chief of the Senate Intelligence Committee told CBS News that zero evidence of collusion has been uncovered in his bipartisan committees two year investigation, which Trump has regularly called an unfair “witch hunt.”
Dowd claims to have insider information on the Muller probe. He says the special counsel’s conclusion, expected in just a few weeks, will be the opposite of everything the mainstream media wanted.
After millions of dollars of taxpayer money spent and two years of wild speculation by talking heads in the liberal media, Dowd says the Mueller probe will conclude what Trump said all along.

The final verdict: Nothing happened.
“I know exactly what he has,” Dowd said. “I know exactly what every witness said, what every document said. I know exactly what he asked. And I know what the conclusion or the result is.”
What does he believe the conclusion will be? That it was all a witch-hunt.
“It’s been a terrible waste of time!” Dowd told ABC News. ” This is one of the greatest frauds this country’s ever seen. I’m just shocked that Bob Mueller didn’t call it that way and say, ‘I’m being used.’ I would’ve done that.”

“I’d have gone to Sessions and Rosenstein,” Dowd said. “And I’d have said, ‘Look. This is nonsense. We are being used by a cabal in the FBI to get even.'”
