In a nasty attempt to fit their liberal agenda, MSNBC interviewed “Los Angeles Residents” on Saturday in order to get comments from “everyday folks” about ousted FBI Director James Comey’s testimony.
But eagle-eyed critics caught them lying to their viewers (again).
One woman interviewed, Alma Marquez, looks exactly like another woman named Alma Marquez — who just so happened to serve as the 2008 Obama campaign California Latino vote director, The Daily Caller reported.
Suspicious to say the least.
When asked about how she felt about Comey’s testimony, Marquez said, “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and the fact that he would make a very specific request to have everybody else leave the office so that he would be alone with Comey, for me, speaks volumes,” she said with the misleading, “Los Angeles Resident” caption next to her name.
A Los Angeles resident… yes, but one that also happens to be a paid Democratic activist.
A screenshot of her interview can be seen here:
And here is an image from Marquez’s Instagram, where she identifies herself as “Political & Community Strategist: Education Reform & Equity. Momma. Obama CA Latino Vote Director.”
Not “Resident” as MSNBC conveniently decided to label her.

While it’s not proven they are the same individual, the similarities — the name, residence, glasses, and liberal political opinions — are too close to ignore.
Or in Marquez’s words, “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”
