First Lady Melania Trump continues to revolutionize the traditional role of first lady.
Now Melania is taking on a major role in the world of artificial intelligence (AI), with a new project insiders predict will be the future of a major industry.
Yesterday, the first lady announced the release of her audiobook May 22 on X, promising to share “perspective” and “clarify the facts.”
But this isn’t just any book release. The book was made and voiced entirely by AI.
“A NEW ERA IN PUBLISHING,” she wrote. “I am honored to bring you Melania – The AI Audiobook – narrated entirely using artificial intelligence in my own voice. Let the future of publishing begin.”

A narrator’s voice then speaks over hers, introducing the concept of the first-of-its-kind project.
“Melania – the audiobook exclusively on MelaniaTrump.com and Eleven Reader,” the male voice says.
The first lady’s official website notes that the AI-generated replica of her voice was “created under Mrs. Trump’s direction and supervision.”
The news of Melania Trump’s venture in to AI comes on the heels of her championing a bill that was recently signed into law known as the “Take It Down Act.”
During a Rose Garden ceremony this, President Donald Trump signed a law criminalizing the spread of nonconsensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes and revenge porn.
The law was championed and spearheaded by Melania, who took the lead on the bill as part of her revitalized Be Best initiative.

The first lady is quietly advocating for responsible use and enforcement of AI thanks to her political clout.
As for her new audiobook, the first lady said:
“Writing this memoir has been a deeply personal and reflective journey for me,” Melania said in a video shared on her website.
“As a private person, who has often been the subject of public scrutiny, and misrepresentation, I feel a responsibility to clarify the facts,” she said.
“I believe it is important to share my perspective. The Truth.”
The audiobook is available on android, iPhone, iPad and online.
In addition to her new book and role in AI-advocacy, she has also inked a multi-million dollar movie deal.
According to a New York Post report, Melania Trump will walk away with at least $28 million as part of her $40 million agreement with Amazon to license a documentary film about her life.

Filming began in December 2024, with an anticipated release in the second half of 2025.
“Prime Video will be sharing more details on the project as filming progresses and release plans are finalized. We are excited to share this truly unique story with our millions of customers around the world,” said Amazon in a statement.
