“On the Holmes Front” with Frank Holmes
As the election heads into its last week, both parties are focusing on getting out their voters and suppressing the other side’s forces…but a new study has surprising results about which group is most influential in the the election ground game.
The big beneficiary is Kamala Harris thanks to the Democratic Party’s biggest asset: the legacy media.
The Fake News media outlets help turn out Kamala’s voters by keeping them ignorant of the Democratic presidential candidate’s radical left-wing record.
A new study shows as many as eight or nine out of 10 Kamala Harris voters don’t know about where she stands on issues that could tank the economy, erase the border, and keep criminals rioting in the streets.
The Media Research Center surveyed independents and pro-Biden/Harris voters in August and found out voters lining up behind Harris had not heard where the vice president actually stands.
For instance, 86 percent of voters say they had no idea Kamala Harris said she would consider allowing prisoners—including death row inmates—to vote from prison…but she did. When then-CNN employee Don Lemon asked if people like “the Boston Marathon bomber” and others “on death row…should be allowed to vote” during an April 2019 town hall, she replied, “I think we should have that conversation.”
That’s just one example of the legacy media encouraging issue ignorance.
Another 81 percent of voters say they had no idea Kamala Harris said she would abolish private health insurance completely, in favor of Bernie Sanders’ Mediare for All scheme.
Nearly eight out of 10 voters did not know Kamala Harris took up money for BLM rioters in the summer of 2020.
Three-quarters of voters did not know Kamala Harris supports abolishing ICE (77 percent), was the most liberal senator in the country (75 percent), said entering the United States illegally should not be a crime (74 percent), or co-sponsored the Green New Deal (73 percent).
The voters do not know, because most media outlets haven’t said a word about these topics, or so many more.
Seven out of 10 voters did not know that Kamala Harris as Border Czar never visited a conflict area of the U.S.-Mexico border, that she wants to slash funding to the police, or that she has supported taxpayer-funded reparations to black voters for slavery.
Clamping down on media coverage can change the tide of the election, especially one as close as 2024.
Controversy has swirled, as Kamala Harris has held virtually no media events—and when she does, outlets like 60 Minutes severely edit her responses to make her sound smarter, then refuse to release the transcripts.
The country’s leading media watchdog, MRC founder Brent Bozell, has thrown down the gauntlet to his fellow conservatives and Republicans: “Boycott CBS until it releases the full transcript and video of the Kamala Harris interview and discloses any communications with the Harris campaign or the DNC.”

The media know they power they hold; in fact, this isn’t the first time media malpractice has affected the outcome of an election.
Fair media coverage would have given Donald Trump a second term, surveys have proved.
They hadn’t—and that would have resulted in Donald Trump not only winning the 2020 election but winning by a lot.
“By itself, this would have flipped all six of the swing states won by Biden,” wrote Rich Noyes of Newsbusters.org.
If the media had reported allegations that Joe Biden sexually assaulted Tara Reade when she interned for him, Trump would have trounced Biden in the Electoral College, 311 to 227.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
But at least some Republicans believe the media support has fallen flat.
The “media treated Kamala like a Hollywood actress, praise her ‘joy & vibes,’ call her ‘brat,’ & cover for her. But as people learn more, skepticism turns to rejection,” Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., told Fox News host Laura Ingraham this week.
“Her record’s indefensible. Her campaign’s failing. Media wants to blame-shift. But they can only blame themselves.”

Of course, if Trump won in 2020, he would not be running today.
Kamala Harris would have spent the last four years becoming a leading critic of Trump in the Senate, not tied to an administration that will be remembered as one of the worst in modern American history.
…And on the Republican side, the Republican presidential nominee who would probably be defending Trump’s legacy would be …Vice President Mike Pence.
It may be the legacy media won the 2020 battle but is about to lose the 2024 war.
