Outspoken Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert snapped at a Fox News reporter who pressed her on a rumored sexual relationship with former Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie in a video that’s now gone viral.
“F*ck you, first of all!” Boebert told a reporter when he raised claims made by a woman describing herself as Massie’s ex-girlfriend, according to video from Fox News Digital. The congresswoman then accused the reporter of chasing a cheap story.
“If you’re gonna bring me into this, like, the sexist stuff is like out of control,” she said.
“So there’s your clickbait that you were looking for.”
She refused to say anything more and walked away.

The explosive confrontation comes on the heels of President Donald Trump’s rift with Massie, and his supporters within the Republican Party. Massie went on to lose his May 19 primary to Ed Gallrein, a challenger Trump endorsed last October.
Boebert had stumped for Massie and never wavered in her public support for the ousted Republican, even after Trump went after her on Truth Social.
However, rumors of Massie and Boebert’s closed-door relationship surfaced in recent weeks.
According to reports from Fox News, a former congressional aide named Cynthia West is the lone source behind the affair claim, alleging Massie boasted to her that he slept with Boebert in the weeks following his wife’s death.
However, no evidence has surfaced to back the claim, and it remains unverified.
West also accused Massie of bribing her with $5,000 to make her drop a wrongful termination complaint, which the congressman flatly rejected.
He branded her claims “false and unsubstantiated” and “an obvious attempt to influence the outcome of this election,” according to Newsweek.
West is now seeking a school board seat in Okaloosa County, Florida.
Massie posted his denial on X and stopped short of naming West. “All of the claims of inappropriate conduct are false. I’ve never offered anyone money in exchange for their silence. I report all of my farm income, including cash, to the IRS,” he wrote on X.
He added, “There are no ethics claims filed against me, nor have there ever been any claims filed against me in my 14 years in office.”
It’s sad that a week before this election people are making false and unsubstantiated allegations about me in an obvious attempt to influence the outcome of this election.

Boebert divorced her husband Jayson in 2023 after 20 years of marriage after a falling out.
She recently made headlines for being removed from a Denver “Beetlejuice” performance over conduct with a date, Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher.
The congresswoman won re-election in November after moving to Colorado’s more conservative 4th Congressional District on the Great Plains, following a near loss in her previous Rocky Mountain district.
