When it comes to crazy liberals, this professor is a cut above the rest.
A New York-area art prof swung her arm to knock over a campus pro-life display, then swung a machete at a reporter.
Now, she’s swinging by a police station to turn herself in.
It’s been a wild ride for Shellyne Rodriguez, an adjunct art professor at Hunter College, and an instructor at the School of Visual Arts, both in New York.
On May 2, she launched into a blue-faced rant against pro-life students and tossed their exhibit on the ground.
“You’re not educating s**t. This is f**king propaganda,” a video of the incident shows Rodriguez telling students who had set up a right-to-life display at Hunter College, which is part of the City University of New York, or CUNY, system.
She could hardly believe the students had the nerve to make an argument she didn’t agree with at “her” college.
“What are you going to do, like, anti-trans next?!” she asked, although the student organization, Students for Life, only deals with abortion.
Rodriguez accused the students of “triggering” her pupils.
When one of the students apologized, she said, “F**k this sh**t!” and tossed materials and literature twice.

To its credit, college administration called her in for a meeting on May 12 to discuss the event.
Then things got violent… and almost deadly.
A reporter from the New York Post who wanted a follow-up story knocked at her apartment door and had a close shave with the deranged prof.
“Get the f**k away from my door, or I’m gonna chop you up with this machete!” she screamed at him before she opened the door, the paper said.
Then, video posted by the Post shows Rodriguez opening the door, holding a machete to the male reporter’s throat, and saying, “Get the f**k away from my door! Get the f**k away from my door!”
The reporters retreated downstairs but found out they couldn’t get away from the woman, who describes herself as a “black Marxist.”
Rodriguez followed them out to the sidewalk, where what appears to be footage from a camera inside their car shows her holding the machete in her hand.
“If I see you on this block one more f**king time, you’re gonna …Get the f**k off the block! Get the f**k out of here, yo!” she said, according to the Post.
Video shows a machete-wielding Rodriguez chasing the reporter around a car, then down the sidewalk.
She ended by kicking him in the shins, the reporter said.
That was enough for Hunter College, which cut the machete-mad prof loose.
“Hunter College strongly condemns the unacceptable actions of Shellyne Rodriguez and has taken immediate action,” the college’s spokesman, Vince Dimiceli. “Rodriguez has been relieved of her duties at Hunter College effective immediately, and will not be returning to teach at the school.”
The School of Visual Arts, or SVA, hadn’t made up its mind just yet. “SVA is aware of the incidents involving one of our faculty members, Shellyne Rodriguez, who is not currently teaching any courses at the College,” the group said in a general statement on Wednesday.
SVA added that administrators “are assessing to determine any potential next steps.”
Rodriguez’s next steps were a perp walk.
She turned herself in at the 43rd precinct police station in the Bronx at 11 a.m. Thursday, where the 45 year old was booked on multiple charges.
Photographers caught a picture of her long, gray dreadlocks falling over her hoodie, and her knuckles, which have the tattoo “FTP.”
“’FTP’ stands for many things, including ‘Free the People,’ ‘Feed the People,’ and, in the context of certain anti-police protests, ‘F**k the Police,’” her lawsuit against the New York Police Department explains.
She is suing the NYPD after cops arrested her following a violent and destructive rally she organized, saying she was the victim.
Professor Rodriguez “is an example of what Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion really means,” outspoken conservative commentator Michael Savage told Newsmax Thursday night. “This is bullying, hatred and racism,” she said.
“This is true oppression.”
Shellyne Rodriguez is a walking caricature of the Left: a left-wing art professor at multiple elite institutions whose taxpayer-funded salary buys her the free time to express every extremist ideology — Marxism, critical race theory, structural racism/sexism/homophobia, open borders, defund the police, etc.
She says the American institutions that pamper her are trying to kill her — and when anyone disagrees, she literally threatens their life.
If conservatives let things go unchecked, the future of America could be summed up in Shellyne Rodriguez’s aggressively hateful victimhood.
