Earlier this week, former Vice President Kamala Harris say next to husband Doug Emhoff during the inauguration of Donald Trump.
Things appeard to look rosy for the former D.C. power couple.
But insiders say Harris and Emhoff’s marriage is complete turmoil after the fallout of the 2024 presidential election.
And the two could be headed for splitsville after sources close to Harris claim the former VP is blaming her husband for losing to Donald Trump.
According to a report by the Daily Mail, the former VP has blamed Emhoff for the loss in the 2024 presidential election, calling him “dead weight.”
The report termed Harris a “sore loser” and said she is playing the “blame game.”
One source said in the report, “There’s plenty of blame to go around as far as Kamala is concerned and Doug has his share.”
“Doug did Kamala no favors during the election – frankly, he looked like a hypocritical a** after the bombshells that he had got his child’s nanny pregnant while married to his first wife and assaulted his ex-girlfriend on the heels of his ‘I am woman’ crusade.”

According to the report, Emhoff has gone back to his legal roots and has taken a job with a major law firm in New York City.
Meanwhile, Harris has returned to her home state of California to mull her future in politics as reports have indicated that she’s considering a run for governor.
And as she weighs her political future – maybe a 2026 run for Governor of California or another try for the nation’s top job two years later – she has to consider whether Emhoff is an asset or a liability, according to sources close to Harris.
The two living in separate parts of the country is fueling speculation of a pending divorce.
During the Harris campaign, Emhoff was linked to multiple scandals.
A former girlfriend of Emhoff came forward with allegations that hephysically assaulted her during a 2012 celebrity event in France, providing documented evidence of their relationship and the trip where the alleged incident occurred to The Daily Mail.
