Judge Judy Sheindlin is backing 2020 candidate Mike Bloomberg’s campaign fiercely.
And the reality television celebrity says she’s ready to fight Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-V.T. and his supporters “to the death”
Sanders is riding high among Democrats after his Saturday win in the Nevada caucuses, which saw him bolster his delegate lead in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.
Not on Judy’s watch, she says.
The former television star and prosecutor is speaking out against the far-left socialist.
“America doesn’t need a revolution,” said Sheindlin. “It’s the most perfect country in the world, and those people that are trying to change it and revolutionize it don’t have a chance because I’ll fight them to the death.”
“Don’t get on the wrong side of the judge,” Bloomberg added at a campaign event.
Sanders and Bloomberg represent both sides of the Democratic political spectrum. One is a self-avowed Democratic socialist, and the other is an elitist billionaire.
Sheindlin made her remarks on Saturday while stumping for Bloomberg in Oklahoma City.
FOX 25’s Mckenna Eubank noted that this is Judy’s first-ever endorsement of a presidential candidate.
“Millions of people watch you on TV everyday as a judge, and they trust your judgment,” Eubank said. “Why is this the first time that you’ve actually endorsed a presidential candidate?”
“Because it was urgent,” Sheindlin responded. “Because I really believe America is in trouble.”
“Everybody’s angry, polarized, and it will continue to be polarized unless you have a president who has no agenda other than to do the right thing for the people that he represents.
“Mike Bloomberg is not an ideologue. He’s a doer. He sees a problem, he understands that if you have … a solid education as a youngster and as you grow you’ll have the tools to make it.”
