Judge gives SHOCKING warning to White House

Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano gave a stunning warning to President Donald Trump on Thursday — and Trump fired back at the “Fake News Media.”

In an appearance on Fox News’ “Shep Smith Reporting” Napolitano said that if Trump followed through with recent statements on the 2020 election, it could be “felonious.”

Napolitano and Smith were discussing Trump’s recent statements on foreign intelligence and his interview with ABC News’ George Stephanoplous. Trump claims the clip was shortened, and his statement was taken out of context.

But Napolitano still went for the throat: If Trump actually follows through, it’s trouble for the White House.

“Is there any way to argue that dirt from a foreign entity on a political opponent would be something that you can receive legally?” Smith, a liberal Fox News personality, asked. “Any wiggle room at all?”

Zero wiggle room, warned Napolitano.

“With respect to opposition research, the Federal Election Commission decided in other cases that that is a thing of value … that comes from a statute that prohibits receipt money or a thing of value from a foreign national, whether that person is working for a foreign government or not,” he said.

“So what the president said he would do to George Stephanopoulos would be felonious?” Smith asked.

“Correct,” Napolitano said. “He would be committing a felony.”

“The president of the United States of America is prepared to commit a felony to get re-elected. That was my reaction and it was not a happy one,” Napolitano later said. “I wish he didn’t say it.”

Trump himself shot back at the criticism on social media. The president said the clip was edited by ABC News to make him look bad.

He tweeted —

….call the FBI about these calls and meetings? How ridiculous! I would never be trusted again. With that being said, my full answer is rarely played by the Fake News Media. They purposely leave out the part that matters.
