Staring down polls that show President Joe Biden could lose the 2024 presidential election, the Democratic Party has set a trap to sabotage President Donald Trump if he’s elected.
Beginning before he took office, members of the permanent federal bureaucracy—which Trump calls “The Deep State”—accused him of “Russian collusion” and set up an investigation that would stymie his first two years in office.
Throughout his four years in office, bureaucrats opposed President Trump at every step of the way. Their “anonymous” leaks claimed the Cabinet planned to invoke the 25th Amendment on the grounds that Trump is mentally unfit; his top military advisor reassured the Chinese Communist military that he would not carry out a military strike and told his underlings to ignore orders from the commander-in-chief.
Left-wing loyalists dot every corner of the federal workforce—making their living from your taxes—and carrying out their own political agenda… and Joe Biden wants to make sure Donald Trump can’t do anything to stop it, even if he wins the November election.
Biden just issued a federal order making it harder for the president to fire permanent federal workers—people like Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who plotted inside the FBI to thwart Trump’s first term as president.
Biden’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is making it all but impossible for Trump to fire the 2.2 million “civil servants” who work for the federal government.
That rule allegedly “clarifies and reinforces” that “people are hired and fired based on merit and that they can carry out their duties based on their expertise and not political loyalty.”
As usual when the government talks, nothing could be further from the truth.
The Hill analyzed political contributions from career bureaucrats—the “civil servants” Biden is protecting—and found they overwhelmingly belong to just one party.
This is a permanent, fourth branch of government dominated by liberals—and paid for with your taxes—and the Democrats want to make sure no one interferes with that.
The Hill admitted Biden promulgated this rule “to prevent former President Trump from gutting the workforce if he’s reelected.”

After getting his bearings as president, Donald Trump tried to drain the Swamp in 2020, creating a new category of permanent bureaucrats who could be fired.
A month before the 2020 election, Trump created a category called “Schedule F” workers—bureaucrats who dragged their feet, threw sand in the gears, didn’t work, or refused to carry out Republican policies approved of by the voters.
This group, which consisted of an estimated 50,000 people, could be fired and replaced with people who would carry out the president’s orders, as the voters expect.
Biden’s rule intends to make sure an institutionalized Resistance stays in the federal government to bedevil Trump if he wins in November.
“Today, OPM released a final rule to make it harder to fire and hold accountable the unelected federal bureaucracy. The Biden Admin believes it is more important to protect the bureaucrat class than take steps to increase the American people’s confidence in the federal government,” said the Republican members of the House Oversight Committee.

“Democrats are committed to protecting all federal workers and unaccountable bureaucrats. We should be reducing the federal workforce by half, which would save taxpayer dollars, improve government efficiency, and provide much-needed private sector workers!” said Rep. Bob Good, R-Va.

“If you want to see how the Deep State protects itself, look no further than this,” said the Libertarian Party.

On the other hand, left-wing Democrats cheered on the move to shield the Deep State from accountability.
“Career civil servants are vital to our country’s ability to function and we can’t allow future administrations to fire them en masse and replace them with political appointees. I’m glad to see (President Biden) taking action to protect these employees,” said Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., the leader of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

The four years of the Trump administration showed how the Deep State could undermine a president, from lying about his mental state, to spiking stories about his opponent’s political corruption.
The last four years have shown how the Deep State can menace, bully, and harass its political opponents, from raiding Trump’s home, to prosecuting him in multiple venues.
But every president bears the title of commander-in-chief, and for decades the president’s desk has had a sign saying, “The Buck Stops Here.” He deserves the right to carry out the policies he promised to deliver, whether well-fed, tax-eating bureaucrats like it or not.
