“On the Holmes Front,” with Frank Holmes
How much does it cost to bribe a sitting vice president of the United States?
Republicans have released an explosive document they say is evidence that President Joe Biden is guilty of bribery, and it tells Americans the exact dollar figure the Bidens may have raked in on one kickback scheme alone.
In an internal FBI document, the head of a Ukrainian energy company detailed paying $10 million to Joe and Hunter Biden for “protection,” according to a leading Republican senator.
“For the better part of a year, I’ve been pushing the Justice Department and FBI to provide details on its handling of very significant allegations from a trusted FBI informant implicating then-Vice President Biden in a criminal bribery scheme,” Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, claimed.
“While the FBI sought to obfuscate and redact, the American people can now read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats, thanks to brave and heroic whistleblowers.”
Thanks to these documents, we know how big a bribe the Big Guy allegedly took.
The FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President JOE BIDEN was involved in a $5,000,000 bribery scheme with a Burisma executive has been released by @ChuckGrassley.

The document in question is an FD-1023 form, a report federal agents make when they receive credible allegations of bribery.
It records an interview with Burisma Holdings CEO and founder Mykola Zlochevsky, who said in June 2020 that he paid $5 million each to Hunter and Joe Biden.
Burisma was being investigated by a Ukrainian prosecutor named General Viktor Shokin, and Zlochevsky said he thought having the vice president’s son on Burisma’s board would get the prosecutor off his back.
Hunter could “protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems,” Zlochevsky reportedly said.
He was dodging the law. It seems he thought the Bidens knew how to break the law without getting caught.
“Don’t worry” he allegedly told his partners, “Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.”
Zlochevsky sent $5 million to Hunter — and, of course, $5 million for The Big Guy, Joe Biden, through shell companies they set up to launder foreign funds. That was the pay-off for Burisma bringing Hunter, a crack addict with no experience in fossil fuels, onto the energy company’s board at the salary of $83,000 a month.
Zlochevsky said it was like a Mafia shakedown — the Russians call it “poluchili,” like paying protection money to the syndicate.
But bribing the Bidens seemed to have turned out to be the best investment he ever made.

Biden famously admitted to pressuring the Ukrainian government, threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid from the struggling Eastern European country unless Shokin lost his job in the next few hours.
“Well, son of a bitch!” Biden exclaimed at a meeting of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Zlochevsky was on the money about the impact his money would have: Shokin was fired, Burisma was saved, and the Bidens were rolling in foreign slush funds.
Just to be safe, Zlochevsky says he kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with Hunter and Joe Biden as an insurance policy, Grassley revealed last month.
But the fact that the FBI had the document at the height of a presidential election and buried it only raises more questions.
“What did the Justice Department and FBI do with the detailed information in the document? And why have they tried to conceal it from Congress and the American people for so long?” asked Grassley.
“The only possible conclusion is that the Department of Justice and the FBI were engaged not only in a rampant cover-up of Hunter Biden’s illegality and bribery scheme but, most importantly, a cover-up of Joe Biden’s involvement,” Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, claimed.

The DOJ isn’t the only group refusing to cover the story: All three major TV networks refused to cover the story, giving the evidence zero seconds of air time.
Democrats are livid about what little media coverage the story has gotten. Investigating Hunter and Joe Biden at all is “dangerous,” House Minority Whip Rep. Katherine Clark, D-Mass., told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Thursday.
“It’s just a clown show with these House Republicans, isn’t it?” asked Scarborough.
But the documentation lifts the curtain on Democrats’ sideshow acts, when they falsely claimed last month the Trump administration’s Justice Department had closed the investigation into Hunter Biden. In fact, ex-Trump Attorney General William Barr told The Federalist investigators sent the FBI informant’s claims “to Delaware for further investigation.”
“The Justice Department and FBI have failed to come clean,” Grassley charged, “but Chairman Comer and I intend to find out” how deep the cesspool of White House corruption goes.
“We must hold the Department of Justice accountable for seeking to bury this record to protect the Bidens,” said Comer in a joint press statement.
That accountability could end with the impeachment of the president of the United States. After all Ukraine has figured into impeachments in the past.
“Former President Donald Trump was impeached by Democrats just for asking the Ukrainian President about the Biden bribery scheme on a phone call in 2019,” wrote John Daniel Davison in The Federalist. “Now we know there was good reason for Trump to be asking about it. We also know there’s far more evidence Biden engaged in impeachable (and possibly criminal) offenses than there ever was against Trump.”
With the facts in the open and impeachment on the table, Grassley’s year-long investigation of the Biden family bribery scheme may just be getting started—and Biden’s term as president may soon be ending.
