President Joe Biden’s legacy seems to now be wrapped in a shroud of gaffes, blunders, and on-camera missteps that make both sides of the political aisle scratch their head.
And just when you thought his epic fail during the first presidential debate with Donald Trump was bad.
Biden unleashed a cringe-worthy tirade on an airport tarmac yesterday that included everything from forgetting Barack Obama’s name, to time-travel.
Yesterday, Biden was going to speak at an event related to his Cancer Moonshot initiative — an initiative Biden began when he was Barack Obama’s vice president.
However, when touting the initiative to a report, he stammered and even appeared to forget Obama’s name.
Watch for yourself:

“I started this back in the administration of President…at the time, when I was vice president. And we found out I traveled to every major cancer research facility in the world,” Biden said.
Things only got worse for Biden.
When he finally was speaking at the event, Biden began ranting about the Chinese president, and curing cancer.
Biden told a story about traveling “17,000 miles” with Chinese president Xi Jinping. But he started saying it so softly, with his eyes half shut, that it seemed like he had no energy.

“This is a true story,” he said.
Then, suddenly, he started screaming about how anything was possible.
“We believe anything is possible in America! Anything we set our mind to is possible. We are the land of possibilities!” he yelled.
But, things continued to regress.
When talking about the cancer initiative, Biden said he was “mobilizing a whole of country effort to cut American cancer deaths in half by 2020…in 25 years.”
Did Biden really forget what year it was?
