Joe Biden gets lost walking around stage, but he seems to know his way around your house — and he recently made three moves to make your life harder.
Every few days, the Biden administration announces some heavy new regulation designed to eliminate some everyday appliance or amenity that make our lives more bearable. The president seems laser-focused on trashing your home, one room at a time.
Biden will start by shutting off the lights, as the administration announced this week it will begin banning sales and imports of incandescent and halogen lightbulbs favored by most American households.
From now on, Americans must purchase LED bulbs, which the Energy Department claims are more efficient and last longer.
The problem is, some manufacturers around the world make LED bulbs with toxic chemicals, according to industry sources… so if you break one, you should avoid handling it with your bare hands, unless you are positive it poses no harm.
That’s not a worry with traditional lights. But for the first time since Thomas Edison invented the the incandescent lightbulb in 1879, you won’t be able to buy one, thanks to President Biden.
Talk about turning back the clock.
For many Americans, Joe Biden’s policies are leaving them in the dark — literally.
Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, said Biden’s lightbulb ban is a perfect example of Biden running roughshod over the American people, while Republicans do nothing.
“We cannot save this country if the GOP keeps racking up debt to fund bureaucrats harassing the American people,” he said.
“If the government is dictating which lightbulb you can buy, the government is too big,” said economist Stephen Moore.

Biden’s people seem to be making a clean sweep of your house, one appliance at a time.
Biden started in the kitchen with his “efficiency” crackdown was the gas stove.
In February, the same Biden administration regulators rolled out new standards that would effectively ban 96 percent of gas stoves in the United States.
Ironically, red state homes for the most part use electric stoves, while gas ovens are the majority in three blue states: California, New York, and Illinois.
But Biden’s kitchen regulations lit a fire under Americans from coast to coast.
“The federal government has no business telling Americans how to cook their dinner,” said Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., who has publicly considered a third-party presidential challenge to Biden in 2024.
The administration seemed to back off this week, as the Department of Energy released a document saying the gas stove ban would be 30 percent less effective than they originally believed.
“House Republicans are protecting Americans from bans and overregulation of gas stoves from the Biden Administration,” House Republicans announced on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Some others pointed out Democratic hypocrisy.
“Reminder that Elizabeth Warren hates oil and gas, but loves cooking with a natural gas stove,” said one commenter who opposes the ban and has a history in the fracking industry.

Now, Biden is moving from your house to your garage. His latest liberal regulation wants to crack down on trucks.
Joe Biden’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration last Friday announced it would require trucks—and only trucks—to improve fuel efficiency by four percent from 2027 to 2032. That’s more than twice as much as it’s raising the same standards in smaller cars…so Biden, a car aficionado, clearly wants you to squeeze into a compact instead of riding high in a pickup.
Those standards jack up the prices of the final product and sometimes convince automakers not to build trucks at all—and you know which party rides around rural areas in pickup trucks.
After Biden is done wrecking your home, he’s leaving a window open—so Bidenflation can suck out all the extra cash you have laying around.
“For 26 straight months, wages have not kept up with inflation, shrinking the value of every paycheck bit by bit,” said Rep. Jason Smith, R-Mo., chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Bidenomics is a joke, because “wages have not kept up with a 15.5 percent increase in prices since Joe Biden took the Oath of Office.”
Biden “decreased (American families’) wealth by $33,000 just this year,” added Rep. Guy Reschenthaler, R-Pa.
The overall U.S, economy is so bad that the U.S. credit rating has been downgraded from AAA to AA+. The last time that happened, the vice president was…Joe Biden.
The American people are feeling it, too: 70 percent of Americans say they have fallen behind due to inflation—and 80 percent said Joe Biden’s policies are entirely or somewhat to blame.
“Folks, it’s no accident. It’s Bidenomics in action,” Biden bragged in a recent speech.
The only house Biden is wrecking more than your home is the White House — and it’s time we set our house in order.
