Rudy Giuliani says he built a racketeering case against former President Joe Biden so airtight that prosecuting it would have been “easy” — and he laid out the whole thing on The New York Post’s “Pod Force One” podcast.
“The laptop made it about as easy to prosecute a conspiracy, RICO, whatever you want, a case … that I’d ever seen,” Giuliani said about the evidence found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, FBI informant files, and financial records showing Biden allegedly “took massive bribes.”
Biden’s corruption followed a consistent pattern, Guliani claimed.
Obama sent him as “point man” on foreign missions, Biden delivered nothing for America… and his family got rich.
“He had a very simple mission in Iraq. His mission was to negotiate a status of forces agreement with the Iraq government,” Giuliani said. “We can’t leave our soldiers in that situation.”
Biden came back empty-handed for the American military. But his brother James landed part of a $1.5 billion housing deal with HillStone International in Iraq just months later. James Biden joined HillStone as executive vice president in late 2010 despite zero background in construction or real estate. The 100,000-home project was never built. The deal collapsed by 2014.
On Ukraine, Giuliani said Biden’s assignment was to help the country fight corruption and push back against Russia. Instead, he threatened to withhold U.S. aid unless Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko fired prosecutor general Viktor Shokin — who was investigating the company employing his son, Hunter Biden.
“He got appointed to run Ukraine, particularly the flow of money to Ukraine. And he’s supposed to help them become honest,” Giuliani said. “He threatened Poroshenko with withholding a billion dollars of US aid unless you fire Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor general, who was investigating Burisma.”
An FBI informant file released by Sen. Chuck Grassley in 2023 alleged that Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky paid $5 million each to Joe and Hunter Biden. That informant was later indicted under the Biden administration for fabricating the bribery allegations.
Giuliani said the other two legs of his proposed RICO case involved a $3.5 million wire transfer from a Russian billionaire to Hunter Biden and more than $5 million from a joint venture with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC.
“He made it to the top and he got lucky,” Giuliani said. “Biden may have taken more bribes than any American president, just by force of circumstances.”
Biden has denied any involvement in his family’s business ventures throughout his career. Asked about the corruption allegations in 2023, he laughed them off.
“Where’s the money?” Biden asked.
