President Joe Biden was ripped by critics after he sent his wife, Jill, to be a surrogate in an MSNBC interview this week — and they didn’t go easy on the first lady, either.
In an attempt to breath life into her husband’s faltering 2024 reelection campaign, First Lady Jill Biden will be interviewed by MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Mika Brzezinski to discuss her “life, career and the pivotal year ahead.”
The last major interview the 46th president gave was back in October, a sitdown with “60 Minutes” Scott Pelt.
It seems Biden can no longer handle questions… even from friendly reporters, critics said.
“Voters can surely infer she is only doing the interviews because the president can’t or won’t,” DePauw University Professor Jeffrey McCall told Fox News.
“JILL TO SHILL” exclaimed conservative radio star Sean Hannity.
Other critics said it was Biden’s 2020 strategy of hiding in his basement, reborn — and one pundit said hiding from voters may be Biden’s only chance of winning.
“Whatever downside there may be to the basement strategy, it’s the best strategy Biden has,” Cornell Law’s William Jacobson told Fox News.
Jill Biden agreed to do an MSNBC interview instead of her husband, Joe. What the hell is SHE going to tell the American people about policies?
Meantime…
Sen. Dick Durbin is saying that Joe Biden will not debate the Republican nominee for President. This is bad….really bad!
