A Michigan city council recently received the surprise of a lifetime when a resident identifying as an “alien” made an address, offering comments on the city’s master plan.
The so-called “alien” asked to be called Astra. And Astra had plenty of thoughts on public safety and inclusivity for someone who supposedly lives on another planet.
