President Donald Trump knew it long ago — the White House has a leaker.
On February 3rd AXIOS, a liberal news publication, released the past three months of President Donald Trump’s daily schedule.
Over the weekend, another schedule released.
The source reportedly came from the White House. As a result, the anti-Trump rhetoric in the media has reached a chaotic level of chatter.
Media pundits are griping about “executive time,” which they say Trump has too much scheduled. AXIOS reported that “executive time” was created and approved by former Chief of Staff John Kelly.
The president was fast in rejecting the narrative in a couple of tweets —
The media was able to get my work schedule, something very easy to do, but it should have been reported as a positive, not negative. When the term Executive Time is used, I am generally working, not relaxing. In fact, I probably work more hours than almost any past President…..

….The fact is, when I took over as President, our Country was a mess. Depleted Military, Endless Wars, a potential War with North Korea, V.A., High Taxes & too many Regulations, Border, Immigration & HealthCare problems, & much more. I had no choice but to work very long hours!

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders in the past has also rebuked the media’s scrutiny.
She noted that a more efficient schedule has only helped him be the “most efficient president in modern history.”
“The time in the morning is mix of residence time and Oval Office time but he always has calls with his staff, Hill members, cabinet members and foreign leaders during this time.”
“The President is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen and puts in long hours and long days nearly every day of the week all year long.”
AXIOS even admitted that not all meetings appear on the schedule either, due to privacy concerns. That leads into a much more grave subject of the president’s leaked schedules: not only the betrayal itself, but the fact that it poses a direct danger to the safety of the commander-in-chief and other White House staffers.
The director of Oval Officer operations had a few words about that herself:

Speculation suggests that the suspect is most likely a career government staffer, someone not appointed by the president.
