Hillary Clinton indicted after Clinton Foundation investigation!?

She has gotten away with corruption and scandals for decades… but could the long-awaited indictment of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton finally be coming?

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley dropped a bombshell Monday, releasing a 12-page FBI document that shows the Justice Department under former President Barack Obama repeatedly blocked federal agents from investigating suspected pay-to-play corruption at the Clinton Foundation — and then tried to hide the evidence.

The document, an FBI Washington Field Office “electronic communication,” or EC, originally opened a preliminary investigation into the Clinton Foundation. The evidence inside paints a damning picture of foreign money flowing into the Foundation during Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State in the Obama administration.

Grassley sent the documents to Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel along with a letter calling out what he called a clear double standard in how the DOJ treats Democrats versus Republicans.

“Included in the FBI’s EC are numerous allegations of foreign influence concerns that arose ‘from speaking fees and donations to the [Clinton] Foundation,'” Grassley wrote.

The list of suspected pay-to-play schemes in the EC is staggering. It outlines $2.35 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation from the then-head of Russia’s state uranium company, Uranium One. It also describes donations from an executive of Polo Resources, followed eight weeks later by a U.S. ambassador persuading a foreign government to reauthorize pit mining operations that benefited the same company.

Most striking, the document alleges that Hillary Clinton pushed Russian officials to enter into a $3.7 billion aircraft purchase with Boeing. Just two months later, Boeing pledged $900,000 to the Clinton Foundation. The document also notes that Haiti awarded Hillary Clinton’s brother a “rare ‘gold exception permit’ (the first issued in 50 years)” at the same time that “billions of U.S. tax dollars had been spent in Haiti, following the Haitian earthquake in 2010.”

None of it was investigated.

The reason, the documents claim, was in part due to Raymond Hulser, who then the head of the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section under Obama. In February 2016, Hulser declined to open the investigation into the Clinton Foundation, telling Special Counsel John Durham’s team that “the FBI briefing was poorly presented and that there was insufficient predication for at least one of the investigations.” Documents from the Durham investigation show the internal DOJ’s reaction to the Clinton Foundation briefing was “hostile.”

When the investigation was reopened under Trump, Hulser reportedly gave then-U.S. Attorney Cody Hiland an altered two-page FBI timeline that, according to investigators, “had omitted ALL references to interference from DOJ and FBI leadership.” Hiland only discovered the full picture months later when the Office of Inspector General provided an unedited version.

Then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe also stepped in to strangle the probe. According to Durham’s report, McCabe initially ordered field offices to close their cases and demanded to know “why are we even doing this?” On July 20, 2016 — 111 days before the presidential election — a Criminal Investigative Division agent ordered that agents were prohibited from issuing subpoenas, conducting interviews, or sharing Clinton Foundation bank account information with other offices, specifically to avoid creating “any impression we are investigating the Clinton Foundation or the Clintons.”

Hulser later became one of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s top deputies in the criminal cases against Donald Trump. Trump fired him in February of 2025.

“For too long, our Justice Department has chosen winners and losers instead of enforcing the law without regard to power, party or privilege,” Grassley said about the uncovered documents.

Now it’s up to FBI Director Patel to pursue the leads Grassley has laid out… and finally indict Hillary Clinton.
