There may be a “poop bandit” that has targeted the famed Shubert Theater in New York City — and he last struck when former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and daughter Chelsea Clinton were just feet away.
According to a report from the New York Post, Hillary and Chelsea were attending the hit play “Some Like It Hot” when an unknown suspect pooped in the aisle near them.
This may be the latest in a series of foul incidents at the playhouse.
“Last week when Hillary and Chelsea Clinton were in the audience, the lights came up for intermission and there were two human turds in the aisle just near the famous political duo,” a source reportedly told the NY Post.
“The house crew dealt with it very appropriately and quickly, and Hillary and Chelsea remained in the theater for the second act,” the insider claimed.
One insider told the NY Post that the incident was a regrettable and embarrassing accident for an elderly audience member.
“There was an incident when Hillary Clinton and Chelsea attended.
“But another source tells us that the theater staff said that the s**t’s (almost) hit the fans at other performances as well,” The Post reported a source said.
“It was an elderly person and it’s rather sad, but yes, the house staff worked quickly to help resolve the situation and Act II started as scheduled.”
But other eyewitnesses said it’s the latest in a series of poop incidents and was “actually the fourth time it had happened.”
“There is someone who is either s**tting in the aisle, or surreptitiously dumping defecation that they smuggled into the theater,” the source speculated.
