Fox News star Brit Hume dropped a bombshell on Monday when he called President Joe Biden the S-word.
Senile.
Fox News anchor Bret Baier asked Hume about the 46th president’s mental health during a segment regarding Biden’s recent gaffes.
“You know, Brit, the President obviously receives some pretty good press overall from the media,” Baier said. “But, there have been a couple answers recently at a town hall, also reporters question him where he has snapped at them, or said something where people weren’t following it.”
Baier then shared a montage of the recent missteps by Biden.
“You are not going… you are not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations,” he told reporters.
Then it cuts to Biden saying, “The question is whether or not we should be in a position where you, um, are why can’t the.. the… the… experts say we know that this virus is, in fact, um… uh, it’s going to be, excuse me, we know why all the drugs are not temporarily approved but permanently approved.”
Then it cuts to an exchange between Biden and an unidentified journalist.
“Are there people who — in the Democratic Party, who want to defund the police?” the journalist asks.
“Are there people in the Republican Party who think we are sucking the blood out of kids?” Biden responded.
“You know, these are just some answers that… that the media didn’t make a big deal out of them but made you scratch your head,” Baier added.
Hume said the clips, especially the second one shown, were “dramatic” and worrisome.
“The man obviously had lost his train of thought and couldn’t recover it and stammered around for a little while,” Hume said.
“These are signs of senility, which is a common thing in elderly people,” he said. “And Biden, like me, is certainly elderly.”
“I think it’s increasingly obvious that this is the case,” Hume said. “And I can’t believe that people who see that — that are not already committed to him one way or another, or committed against him — don’t look at that and find it alarming.”
