Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren is a master of self-promotion and is universally loved by the mainstream media — and she uses the constant media attention to rake in mountains of cash.
But there’s one problem: The American people aren’t buying it.
Despite the constant lovefest, a stunning new poll found the liberal senator is less admired than the media would have you believe. Among Americans, more than a dozen other women are considered more admirable than Warren.
That’s bad news for Warren’s White House ambitions.
According to a recent YouGov poll, Warren was far less admired by the average American than some big name conservative women.
For example, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders — who is constantly hounded by the media’s fiercest attack dogs — is more admired nationwide.
The majority of Americans agree that First Lady Melania Trump is more admirable than Warren, too.
Even U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, a Trump administration appointee that faces constant criticism from the liberal press, is also considered a more admirable woman than the Massachusetts liberal.
The results are even more surprising, critics say, when one considers the source.
YouGov is considered very liberal leaning by pollster FiveThreeEight, which ranked YouGov as the 8th most liberally biased polling company in the country. For comparison, they ranked ABC News as the 49th most liberally biased polling site.
Yet even biased pollsters and a constant endorsement by the mainstream media can’t hide the truth.
Quite simply, the American people agree: Warren is not a person they admire.
But don’t take our word for it.
