A Louisiana man nearly went from being a fugitive to being dinner REALLY fast.

Police claim they recently pulled over a man in St. Charles Parrish after he hit a barrier and seemed to be intoxicated.

During their investigation, the man tried to flee… and jumped directly into a swamp teeming with alligators.

Let’s just say the alligators weren’t amused. Watch the bodycam footage below as the man thrashes and tries to escape an alligator attack.

Spoiler alert: The alleged drunk driver escaped with injuries to both arms. And while the gators may be done with him, Louisiana law enforcement isn’t.
