CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta has tried to keep a relatively low profile ever since he started getting shamed on national TV for his feud with President Donald Trump.
It seemed to be the best thing for him.
But it was only a matter of time before Acosta was back in the public eye again, this time whining for attention as he tried to get Trump to notice him at G-7. The inner brat in him returned in full force.
But in the end all Trump did was walk offstage, leaving Acosta lonely and fuming mad.

The scene: the G-7 conference in Biarritz, France, where Trump and other world leaders gathered to talk shop on issues such as foreign trade, the economy and climate change…
Toward the end of the big gathering, Trump was wrapping up a press conference where he fielded questions from reporters.
“I’m an environmentalist,” he said, beginning to answer a reporter’s question. “A lot of people don’t understand that…”
And from the media pulpit, Acosta resorted to butting in the middle of a response to try asking a question of his own.
‘You weren’t called,” Trump said, completely rejecting Acosta.

Trump wrapped up the rest of his answer by thanking the press and this is when Acosta attacked…
“Mr. President, you didn’t answer the question!” he shouted. We’d later find out that he was going to ask whether or not the president “believed in climate change.”
How cute of a question…
And it didn’t take long to figure out that he was oh so sore about it. Shortly after getting snubbed he posted to Twitter, writing about how he got flat out ignored.
“At the end of the news conference I asked Trump whether he believed in climate change,” Acosta whined. “He walked away from the stage and didn’t answer the question.”

And he didn’t stop there. His vanity fair just had to continue, as he posted a video of what happened:
As this video shows, Trump walks away from perfectly capable of hearing the questions on whether he believes in climate change. He clearly heard and he didn’t want to answer it. Saying you want “clean air” and “clean water” isn’t the same as recognizing the climate change threat. https://t.co/H3JpJgk8EG

So once again Acosta resorted to throwing a rage fit, and posted it all over social media for glamour points like an angry teenager in his room.
For one, he asked Trump whether he “believed” in climate change, as if climate change were a ghost or the Loch Ness monster that children were afraid of.
Also, he asked that simple question right after Trump had just finished addressing the environment — a clear slap in the face of the president which proved that Acosta either didn’t care or he didn’t want to listen.
So in turn he got ignored.
