President Donald Trump has repeatedly called CNN “very fake news” — and the most clear proof may have surfaced that he is right.
Both CNN and MSNBC aired Democratic Representative Jackie Speier giving a live interview… at the exact same time!
You can see one viewer catch the lie below (Warning: Explicit language is used).

Either Speier is a time traveler, or one of these stations is lying about this interview being live.
Speier cleared up confusion by conveniently tweeting when she was live on each channel.
At 6:25 p.m. she tweeted about her live interview with CNN:
Talking 2 @OutFrontCNN – @POTUS' latest distraction campaign. Chair Nunes must insure Intel Com invest is independent pic.twitter.com/3zVL1Zqwgs
— Jackie Speier (@RepSpeier) March 22, 2017
Then at 7:08 p.m., the actual time both clips were aired, she tweeted about her live interview with MSNBC:
Talking w/ @HardballChris – Chair Nunes needs to make it clear Intel Comm invest isn't controlled by White House! pic.twitter.com/AOtwgZjnn0
— Jackie Speier (@RepSpeier) March 22, 2017
It’s apparent CNN aired the video an hour later, but for some reason decided to claim it was live.
If they’re willing to lie about this, folks, they’re willing to lie about anything.
It’s another dishonest act that further destroys their credibility, and it’s proof that CNN is home to lazy, baseless reporting.
Trump is right. It is “very fake news.”
