It seems like it’s another year, another dead body for Hillary Clinton and her top Democratic pals.
The body of a young man was discovered inside the West Hollywood luxury apartment of prominent Democrat donor and Clinton pal Ed Buck late Monday.
It is the second mysterious overdose death inside Buck’s apartment in just 17 months.
The victim has yet to be identified. No one was arrested.
Local activists and family members of the deceased are calling for justice.
“Arrest Ed Buck! Prosecute Ed Buck! And then a jury needs to convict Ed Buck,” activist Jasmyne Cannick said to the crowd outside the apartment Monday night. “This man has had two dead bodies in his house, and he is still in his house.”
Buck’s attorney told The Los Angeles Times that the man who died in Buck’s home “was an old friend who died of an accidental overdose” of drugs.
The circumstances of the overdose death are “eerily similar” to those surrounding the passing of Gemmel Moore. Moore was a 27-year-old black man that died after using methamphetamine in Buck’s apartment in 2017.
Months before his death, Moore called his mother in tears and allegedly said Buck was forcing him to use dangerous amounts of illegal drugs.
“He said that Buck had held him in his apartment or whatever and had shot him up with a needle with something he didn’t know what it was,” LaTisha Nixon, the first victim’s mother, told reporters at the time of his death. “He called me crying.”
Moore’s journal entries revealed that Buck had a sexual fetish for getting young black men hooked on dangerous illegal drugs. He would reportedly pay poor black men large sums of cash to do more and more drugs, reports say.
“I’ve become addicted to drugs and the worst one at that. Ed Buck is the one to thank,” Fox News reported Moore’s journal entry from Dec. 2016 read. “He gave me my first injection of crystal meth it was very painful, but after all the troubles, I became addicted…”
“If it didn’t hurt so bad, I’d kill myself, but I’ll let Ed Buck do it for now,” Moore wrote in his final journal entry.
Prosecutors declined to charge Buck in Moore’s death in July 2017, despite local outcry.
Buck is a well-connected Democratic donor that has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to former President Barack Obama, the Clinton family, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, and others.
