“On the Holmes Front” with Frank Holmes
One of the highest-ranking officials in America dropped a bombshell in last week’s official announcement of Charlie Kirk’s assassination—and almost nobody noticed.
At the law enforcement passed on vital details of the investigation, one of the speakers revealed that it’s not just the Left that’s celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death: The Chinese Communist Party is weaponizing Charlie Kirk’s assassination to stoke “violence” on American streets.
“We have bots from Russia, China, all over the world, that are trying to instill disinformation and encourage violence,” Utah Governor Spencer Cox told a grieving world. “What we are seeing is our adversaries want violence.”
But in politics, the message and the messenger matter. The governor’s words fell on deaf ears, because Cox—a liberal Republican—shied away from blaming the assassin’s left-wing radicalism, proclaiming that the killer got his motivation from internet gaming and “Reddit culture.”
But a bad messenger doesn’t mean the message is false—and this message is deadly accurate.

Utah Gov. Cox: Kirk's Killer Radicalized By Video Games, "Reddit Culture," And "Meme-ification" Of Society
"Clearly there was a lot of gaming going on. Friends confirmed there was kind of that deep, dark internet, the Reddit culture, and these other dark places of the internet." pic.twitter.com/9PFntfMEpP

Of course, the governor had a helping hand in burying the story from the liberal media—but the dead-tree dinosaurs couldn’t ignore the story altogether. Even The New York Times had to point out that China and Iran have employed bots to drive dissension over the Kirk assassination, and “one pro-China account on X falsely stated that the shooter donated $224 to President Trump’s election campaign in 2020, according to NewsGuard.”
Official accounts linked to the government of China, Iran, or Russia posted 6,200 messages about Kirk’s death, said the left-wing NewsGuard.
The South China Morning Post—owned by the pro-China economic giant Alibaba—used the slaying to hope the Kirk assassination will break America apart, and to sell Chinese social credit policies and gun control to America.
The article quoted a professor of international politics at China’s Fudan University in Shanghai named Shen Yi confidently predicting that conservatives’ and liberals’ “competing narratives” about the reason for Charlie Kirk’s assassination “will further exacerbate divisions” in American society.
“That is not the China way,” said another Chinese propagandist, Xie Maosong, a senior researcher at the National Institute of Strategic Studies at Tsinghua University. “Chinese politics tends to focus on consensus building and meeting each other halfway while there is difference.”
The author, William Zheng, took the opportunity to try to sell Americans on social credit monitoring and disarming themselves.
“For many Chinese internet users, the cases highlighted the benefits of China’s safety checks for public transport and strict gun control policies,” wrote Zheng in the SCMP last Saturday. Although it’s now behind a paywall, Yahoo News quickly reposted it for Americans and all world to see.
Neither outlet mentioned that everyone in China does say the same thing in public, or they meet in the middle… of a prison camp.
Of course, most legacy media outlets tried to downplay the threat or twist it to their own political advantage.
The world’s most widely read news service, the Associated Press, played on the long-discredited Russian collusion narrative by emphasizing the supposed threat of Russian propaganda.
It also tried to pin the blame on the Trump administration’s wise “decision earlier this year to shutter the Global Engagement Center, an office that had called out Russian, Chinese and Iranian disinformation in the past.”
The AP did not think readers need to know the Twitter files showed the world how the Global Engagement Center—a State Department agency tasked with focusing on foreign propaganda—turned its mandate on its head to shut down everyday American conservative voices on social media.
The recently defunded National Public Radio admitted foreign actors exploited the death to instigate a civil war. But not to worry—“The messages spread in state media are designed for audiences at home. It’s unlikely that many people in the U.S. are reading what’s written about Kirk on Iranian or Chinese websites,” reassured NPR’s Morning Edition.
As usual, conservatives had to bring out the facts that had been lying in plain sight.

Kirk’s killing is being twisted by “wumaos—or internet commentators who are paid by the CCP to promote Beijing’s propaganda,” wrote an investigative journalist at RedState.com.
A journalist of Chinese heritage reported how “a former CCP cop (named) ‘Haiyan Deng’ living in Los Angeles called him a ‘Nazi scumbag’ after his death show.”
Another CCP reporter dug up the whole quote: “guy whose every statement proves that he is Nazi scum was shot dead—he died in the very way he had always been advocating. I am not even willing to show the slightest bit of fake sympathy.”
While some Chinese Communists called Kirk a “Nazi,” another CCP-linked account repeated racist Chinese stereotypes against FBI Director Kash Patel, claiming the 33-hour lag between the shooting and the apprehension of the suspect proves “the incompetence of an Indian ran FBI.”

I’m not a fan of Charlie Kirk, but I’m shocked and disturbed by the act of violence against him simply because of differences in worldview. The fact that a former CCP cop "Haiyan Deng" living in Los Angeles called him a ‘Nazi scumbag’ after his death shows exactly why he was… pic.twitter.com/sPcVOKIWzI

The fact is the Chinese Communists pounced on Charlie Kirk’s death, because Kirk brilliantly and tirelessly identified and exposed the threat the People’s Republic of China poses to Americans, in more ways than one.
Kirk zinged NBA owners for putting the United States in the same category of “human rights abuses” as the Chinese Communists.
Chinese crimes include “forced abortions. (Putting) Muslims in concentration camps. Silencing Hong Kong protestors.”
In May, Kirk exposed “Chinese maternity houses where pregnant Chinese women are flown to America to give birth and secure U.S. citizenship for their babies, then return to China to raise them loyal to the CCP.”
Kirk said the only way to eliminate this threat from China or other enemy states is to “END BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP NOW.”
And Kirk was assassinated by a left-wing furry on September 10 in the middle of a campus debate—something legally prohibited in China by its one and only political party, headed by dictator-for-life Xi Jinping.
Disgraceful:
America is not even in the same universe when it comes to Communist China’s human rights abuses:
Forced abortions
Muslims in concentration camps
Silencing Hong Kong protestors

Charlie Kirk was wise to China’s military threat to America—and to freedom around the world.
The CCP’s sick propaganda campaign around his death proves that all Americans had better wake up to it.
