But there’s no denying it this time.
A liberal activist in northeast Ohio pleaded guilty Monday to 14 counts of voter fraud — and the mainstream media has been totally silent on the trial.
The woman, identified as Rebacca Hammonds, was originally accused of falsely registering more than 30 people to vote in the battleground state of Ohio during the presidential election. She originally pleaded not guilty to charges of voter registration fraud in May 2016.
Hammonds was charged after election officials discovered the paid Ohio Organizing Collaborative canvasser had included at last five dead people’s names among new voter registrations she submitted.

State officials said Hammonds was indicted on 32 counts of false voter registration and three counts of false signatures. Hammond changed her plea to guilty Monday after facing a one year sentence for each instance.
“It was fraud. It was dozens of forms where people that were deceased or just forged flat out,” Adam Booth, Columbiana County elections director, told The Daily Wire. “They signed their name and it wasn’t even the voter, the wrong date of birth, wrong streets.”

“I just can’t overlook this. You attempted to violate the integrity of our election process in the county. You made a mockery of our system,” Judge C. Ashley Pike told Hammonds when sentencing her to six months in county jail.
“If 180 days [in jail] doesn’t teach you a lesson, nothing will.”
