A nasty attack happened in Washington, D.C.

But this time it wasn’t Republicans and Democrats doing the brawling.

A brutal attack from late July transpired in the nation’s capital, where five suspects are being sought in a gas station robbery.

And the entire shocking theft was caught on camera.

According to reports, Metropolitan police have released the surveillance video with hopes that the public comes forward with answers.

The video shows three people initially approach the victim. The victim tries to walk away from the confrontation — but one of the suspects grabs and appears to choke the victim. An accomplice in the robbery appears to dig through the victim’s pockets. The third suspect on a bicycle looks on.

But the situation escalates even further when the fourth suspect appears in the video.

He takes off in what appears to be the victim’s car.

The victim meanwhile has been dragged to the ground, where a fifth suspect entered the scrum to pick through the victim’s pockets.

All suspects quickly flee the scene and leave the victim lying helpless in front of the gas pump.
