In 2019, President Donald Trump nicknamed his challenger “Sleepy Joe,” and that’s not totally fair. When it comes to screwing up America, his administration neither slumbers nor sleeps.
If you ever wondered whether the Biden-Harris administration wants the borders wide open for every illegal from every corner of the world, there’s brand new proof in something that just happened Friday.
We know the facts on the ground: America saw more people show up at the border under Joe Biden’s watch than at any other time in U.S. history. In the 2020-2021 year, Border Patrol agents encountered 1.66 illegal immigrants at the southern border—and that’s not counting the ones who successfully got away.
“The gotaways is well over a million and that’s a conservative estimate,” former Trump aide Stephen Miller told Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle in September.
In addition, Miller urged Americans to account for “all the people who are caught and released—which includes nearly 100 percent of illegal alien families, nearly 100 percent of illegal alien minors, as well as people who are asserting fraudulent fear claims.”
If you do the math, you’ve got well over two or two-and-a-half million illegal aliens in America this year.
So, how are Joe and Kamala responding to this crisis?
Are they building a wall?
Are they ramping up deportations?
Are they sending the National Guard to patrol the border?
Are they cracking down on huge corporations, factories, and meat-packing plants that employ illegals so they don’t have to pay working Americans a decent wage?
Negative. They’re making Border Patrol agents take sensitivity training classes.
Seriously.
Customs and Border Protections held a seminar on “unconscious bias” Friday. The online discussion, funded by your tax dollars, featured a discussion by Susan Fleming, an expert on “gender bias,” about “the impact of stereotypes and unconscious biases in the workplace.”
A memo from the CBP said that Fleming “will draw on academic research, business experience, and unique perspectives to explore the complex web of beliefs and biases that influence our interactions with colleagues, as well as discussing strategies for individuals and organizations to start overcoming unconscious biases.”
How will a lecture from a left-wing, politically correct academic keep the border safe? It won’t—but that’s not the point. The point is, as far as the limousine liberals who run the administration are concerned, the Border Patrol is bad and borders are racist.
They ended border wall construction. So you know what their priorities are.
The Biden-Harris trainwreck has been in the process of destroying our borders since they announced their two, separate campaigns for president.
They both said they wouldn’t deny Medicare or Medicaid to an illegal alien for crawling across the border (or getting carried by an MS-13 leader).
The Department of Homeland Security released a four-year plan for screwing up U.S. borders shortly after Biden and Harris declared victory last year. The document is called the “Inclusive Diversity Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2021-2024,” and it’s a blueprint for destroying border security by including “diversity, equity, and inclusion” racism in the forces.
You saw what the Biden administration did when Border Patrol agents did their jobs and tried to keep illegal Haitian “migrants” from crossing the Rio Grande earlier this year.
First, they lied and said the agents had “aggressively” charged at the illegals and “whipped” them. Joe Biden called for a huge investigation and promised the people in those pictures “will pay.”
But his lie fell apart. Everyone found out that Border Patrol agents don’t carry whips, and they didn’t so much as touch any of the illegals in those pictures. They twirled horse reins to keep the Haitians from being stampeded by the horses.
But no good deed goes unpunished, so when Biden’s special investigation fell through, he just took away the Border Patrol agents’ ability to do their jobs—by taking away their horses.
“We have ceased the use of the horse patrol in Del Rio temporarily. We’ll prioritize other methods for identifying individuals who might be in medical distress,” a DHS spokesman said.
Of course, the agents use horses to get to areas on the rugged border that they can’t drive to in cars…so now, the illegals know this is an open road directly to the Promised Land. Thanks Joe!
It’s not like Biden doesn’t know what works. Illegal immigration under President Donald Trump fell to its lowest level in a generation in 2017—just over 300,000. Everyone knew he was tough.
While the next round of human smugglers, drug cartels, and coyotes line up to run through the holes Biden punched in the border, he’s calling a lid on enforcement and lecturing Border Patrol about make-believe “bias.”
Do you need any more proof that Biden thinks you’re a chump and that you deserve for drugs and gangs to overrun your home—and, if you complain, he’ll call you “racist”?
American can—and has—done better. We need someone who will “make America great again,” again.
