Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-V.T., made waves last week by hiring an illegal immigrant… as his 2020 presidential campaign’s deputy national press secretary.
Belen Sisa, an immigrant from Argentina that has been in the United States illegally for over a decade, has been an outspoken left-wing activist for years.
She wants to influence America’s election… even though she’s not an American.
“Sisa, who says she was brought to this country illegally from Argentina by her parents at age six, is currently protected from deportation under President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program,” The Washington Examiner reported.
“Despite her immigration status, Sisa has remained active in liberal politics over the years. In 2016, she worked as a page to the Arizona delegation at the Democratic National Convention and in Latino outreach for Sanders’ 2016 campaign.”
The Sanders campaign isn’t hiding Sisa’s illegal status.
In fact, they’re bragging about it.
It’s a shining example of how radical the Democrats are shifting. They’re boasting about hiring illegal immigrants.
Sisa has reportedly been arrested twice for her actions during DACA protests — including a sit-in at Sen. Chuck Schumer’s office, D-N.Y., in 2017.
