Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Republican, has a plan to address the out-of-control illegal immigration crisis in the state of Florida.
He told Fox News host Laura Ingraham that he’s considering working with private bus companies to shuffle the illegal migrants out of his state.

And his planned destinations for these buses filled with illegals won’t make former President Barack Obama or President Joe Biden very happy.
DeSantis said he’ll bus the illegals to Delaware or Martha’s Vineyard.
“Critics say this isn’t about safety, this is about 2024,” Ingraham asked DeSantis on her Monday show. “And to that, you say?”
“So, the border is a disaster and some people say, ‘Well that’s a problem for Texas or Arizona.’ Well, actually the Biden administration puts people on planes and flies them into Florida in the wee hours of the morning,” DeSantis said. “They’ve done over 70 flights in the last six months.”
“They dump people here, and … a few weeks ago one of those people Biden dumped ended up committing a murder in northeast Florida,” he said. “These are crimes that would not have happened but for Biden’s recklessness.”
“Our view is: If they’re going to be dumping [people] we want to be able to facilitate transfers to places like Delaware.”
“We also look to these carriers that the federal government is contracting with, and we’re going to pass legislation that says that if you are facilitating Biden’s policies — which is effectively a mass human smuggling operation — you will not be eligible to do business with the state of Florida or other local governments,” DeSantis said. “And we’re going to charge you restitution for each individual that you’re bringing.”

DeSantis said it’s not just the cost of crime and drugs, but the added strains to the health care system and local governments added by illegal immigrants.
“We have a responsibility to fight back, and that’s what we’re doing,” he said.
