Arnold Schwarzenegger teases 2020 endorsement (WHO!?)

Though the world-famous bodybuilder was elected the governor of California as a Republican, it seems that Arnold Schwarzenegger has turned blue.

He’s open to the idea of voting for a Democrat in the 2020 presidential election — and he says that the door on him voting for President Donald Trump has closed.

Schwarzenegger appeared on SiriusXM radio program “Howard Stern Show,” where he suggested he’s coming around to the idea of voting for — and endorsing — Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.

“I would just have to see what her program is, what her vision is for the future of America,” he said, “because I think the most important thing is we keep America number one.”

If it’s programs he’s looking for, Warren has plenty. From her Student Debt Relief Act to her proposal for free childcare, her ideas would cost billions of dollars of taxpayer money.

Not to mention should Warren be elected, Schwarzenegger, whose reported to be worth $400 million, would likely feel the brunt of Liz’ insane “tax the wealthy” plan to pay for so-called free social programs.

“I will find out what is happening on the Democratic side because I mean there’s a lot of weird stuff going on there,” the Terminator actor said.

When asked whether he’d give Trump a vote in 2020 he said, “I doubt it.”

The two have had a heated history.

Schwarzenegger replaced Trump on “The Celebrity Apprentice” in 2015. When the show ended in 2017 Trump went on the offensive, tweeting that the bosses of the show fired Arnold over terrible ratings.

“Sad end to a great show,” he wrote at the time.

The former bodybuilding legend has previously said that he wanted to smash Trump’s “face into a table.”
