Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., has built her reputation by attacking conservatives and free thinkers online — but she couldn’t handle it when a rival on social media showed up in person at her office.
Chaya Raichik, the creator of the popular Libs of TikTok account on Twitter, tried to visit Ocasio-Cortez last week and deliver an ethics complaint.

Raichik says Ocasio-Cortez lied about her at a congressional hearing, but unable to find the New York congresswoman she left the complaint with a staffer.
When her ethics complaint was ignored, Raichik stopped by again to deliver the document — one of the many ethics accusations Ocasio-Cortez is facing.
She once again missed AOC in her office, but later ran into Ocasio-Cortez in the hall.
They posed for a picture but when Ocasio-Cortez realized who she was meeting, she exploded in anger and wagged her finger in Raichik’s face.
“You’re actually super transphobic and I don’t ever want to share a space with you!” Ocasio-Cortez yelled.

Then she sarcastically told the camera, “Thank you!” and stormed off.

A separate ethics complaint was filed against Ocasio-Cortez after she reportedly tried to stiff the vendors that made her “Tax the Rich” dress for the 2021 Met Gala.

Ocasio-Cortez reportedly received improper gifts from the event hosts, the House Ethics Committee reported.
There “is substantial reason to believe that [Ocasio-Cortez] accepted impermissible gifts associated with her attendance at the Met Gala in 2021,” the committee report said.
“In 2021, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez was invited to and attended the Met Gala with Mr. Roberts. As part of her attendance, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez was provided with a couture dress, handbag, shoes, and jewelry,” the House Ethics Committee reported.
“She also received hair, makeup, transportation, and ready-room services,” the report said. AOC’s boyfriend “Riley Roberts received a bowtie and shoes in advance of the event.”
“While Rep. Ocasio-Cortez appears to have now paid for the rental value of the attire she wore to the Met Gala and for the goods and services she and her partner received in connection with this September 2021 event, payment for these goods and services did not occur until after the [Office of Congressional Ethics] contacted her in connection with this review,” the Mar. 2 report stated.

Ocasio-Cortez blamed a staffer for stiffing the vendors that made her ball gown calling for more taxes on the wealthy.
“And I just never, ever, ever would have allowed that to happen knowing what I have learned, but that I wasn’t privy to the invoices, wasn’t privy to the ones that had been sent,” she reportedly told investigators.
“It is just a deeply regrettable situation. I feel l terrible for especially the small businesses that were impacted.”
