Expert reveals origin of military UFO sighting

Sensational UFO footage — filmed by the U.S. military and leaked to the media — may not be evidence of extraterrestrial activity after all.

A stunning new report suggests that the aircraft seen buzzing around U.S. naval ships and making our most advanced fighter jets look slow could be from right here…

On Earth.

And they may not be friendly.

Nick Pope, the former UFO investigator for the British Defense Ministry, said the objects that stunned the world when the footage was leaked could be hypersonic drones.

“Is it by another part of the U.S. military, by another nation — probably Russia or China — or even by extraterrestrials?” he asked in an interview with The Sun newspaper. “The US government doesn’t know either, but with spy chiefs currently working on a report for Congress, we may learn more soon.”

But while it’s not clear what the objects are or where they are from, Pope said one thing is very clear: the military knows more than they’ve let on… and there have been more sightings of the objects, which the federal government has taken to calling “unidentified aerial phenomenon.”

“There have been many more such incidents than the ones people currently know about,” he said. “The clue here is that in 2019 the U.S. Navy issued guidance to its pilots (the details are classified), telling them what to do if they encounter UFOs.”

The fact that they issued guidance, he said, suggests that there have been more than just random or isolated incidents.

That was confirmed by former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, who said in a Fox News interview in March that there are “a lot more sightings than have been made public.”

The videos captured by fighter pilots in 2004, 2015 and 2016 caused an international stir when they were leaked to the media in 2017 and several former government officials admitted to a secret program that studied UFOs.

The Pentagon at the time was silent on the footage, but has since confirmed that the videos are real – and that they still don’t know what it was they’ve caught on camera.

What we do know is that even the pilots who filmed the encounters had never seen anything like it. They shouted excitedly as they attempted to track the objects, such as one called the “Tic Tac” because it was shaped like the famous mint.

In every case, the objects moved unlike any other known aircraft – and in every case, they zipped off with speed never before seen as they buzzed by the USS Nimitz and USS Theodore Roosevelt.

While many believed the footage showed proof of UFOs, not everyone is convinced.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has repeatedly expressed concern over a potential military threat — and not from aliens.

“For me, there’s stuff flying over military installations and no one knows what it is, and it isn’t ours,” Rubio told TMZ last month, echoing comments he’s made in the past. “If stuff’s flying over the top of your most sensitive installations, and it’s not ours, and no one knows whose it is – you should find out who it is, and tell us.”

Like Pope, he has also expressed concern that the objects could be from the Chinese or Russian military.

Whatever the explanation, the public could soon know more: As Pope pointed out, the U.S. military is due to brief Congress on the matter in a matter of weeks in what could lead to some long-awaited answers… or, more likely, even more questions.

The truth is out there. Maybe way out there.
