Biden is going to regret this viral “snow day” photo

President Joe Biden was tapped to give a speech at the State Department Sunday in what had intended to be his first major foreign policy address during his time in the White House.

But he never showed.

In fact, he cancelled the speech entirely amid the threatening snow storm slamming the northeast region of the U.S. to begin the month of February.

Though Washington, D.C. only reportedly experienced two inches of snow, Biden decided to take the opportunity to work from home.

In other words, he called a snow day.

A White House reporter confirmed the nixed Sunday event, saying: “He looks forward to visiting later this week when the agency’s staff and diplomats can more safely commute to attend.”

“Grateful for the short commute on days like these,” Biden’s office posted on Twitter along with a photo.

Liberal media outlets are fawning over Biden’s adorable tone for essentially doing his job, but not everyone is being charmed by the President.

Many critics brought up the fact that he should be using his time more wisely by fulfilling his campaign promises.

“Maybe you should use that extra time you are saving to develop a conscious,” wrote @BartonDiddian.

“Get to work Mr. President,” wrote @WACKYCityBoy. “People keep on dying with this pandemic.. January was worst month to date.”

And if that wasn’t enough, Biden’s name had also circled social media with the trending hashtag #BidenLied, referencing his failed promise to deliver stimulus checks of $2,000 to Americans.

Maybe Biden should’ve spent his snow day more wisely.
