Nancy Pelosi had a very, very bad election night

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats entered election night in America anticipating a “blue wave.”

But as the night wore on, Pelosi watched Democratic control in Congress nearly slip from her grasp.

Despite the corporate media driving the narrative, reports of stellar Democratic fundraising, and a global pandemic that worked against President Donald Trump… Pelosi and company dropped the ball big time.

All across the nation, Democrats lost again and again.

Florida Reps. Donna Shalala and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, Rep. Joe Cunningham, D-S.C., Rep. Xochitl Torres Small, D-N.M., Rep. Kendra Horn, D-Okla., and Rep. Collin Peterson, D-Minn all lost.

And that’s not even the worst of it.

Democrats failed to knock off any incumbent GOP congresspeople.

Although Democrats are still expected to maintain the House majority, the losses in the 2020 election underscores the underwhelming night for liberals at the ballot box. As The Horn News mentioned, Democrats had a poor showing in the Senate elections as well.

According to Politico reporting, heads in the Democratic Party may roll.

The magazine reports grumblings about Pelosi and other party bosses concerning their messaging and tactics ahead of the 2020 election. Critics of her leadership say the Democratic strategy needs a dramatic overhaul.

Some blame the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee for predicting such ridiculous expectations of taking deep red rural areas by storm, and others pin the blame on more liberal lawmakers who have tied the party to Democratic socialism.

One lawmaker told the political magazine that it’s a “dumpster fire.”

Whatever the case may be, it’s clear that Democrats have an issue with delivering the promises made by the polls.
