Earlier this week, the Republican House Judiciary Committee taunted former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with a “Happy Birthday” message to her after Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett was officially sworn to the High Court.
But will Hillary get the last laugh about the Supreme Court over President Donald Trump?
That’s the warning Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is trying to get out.
If Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden wins next Tuesday’s election, McDaniel says he’ll expand the number of Supreme Court justices.
And one of the first people he’ll nominate to the Supreme Court will be none other than Hillary Clinton.
Yes, really.
At a Trump campaign rally in Lansing, Michigan on Tuesday, McDaniel warned the crowd that Biden’s allies were planning that exact scenario.
Should Biden win the White House and the Democratic Party get control of the Senate, she said, liberal lawmakers would add three additional new seats to the Supreme Court.
And Hillary would be installed as a justice.

Insane?
McDaniel isn’t alone in her opinion that Biden will be adding Hillary to the Supreme Court.
MSNBC anchor Joe Scarborough — a former Republican turned Biden supporter — suggested that very same idea on social media.
He said it would be revenge for the GOP’s “thuggish behavior.”
