Sarah Huckabee Sanders returns… in a big way

One of President Donald Trump’s most trusted allies is speaking out against former National Security Adviser John Bolton amid his push to release a tell-all book.

Former Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says Bolton was “drunk on power” during his time in the White House.

In fact, Sanders has a few more words to say about Bolton in an upcoming tell-all book of her own.

According to Axios, a passage of her book says that “Bolton was a classic case of a senior White House official drunk on power, who had forgotten that nobody elected him to anything.”

“Often Bolton acted like he was the president, pushing an agenda contrary to President Trump’s,” she reportedly wrote.

According to another excerpt, Bolton was largely unpopular among White House advisers, including former acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney.

Sanders described an incident in London, where Bolton traveled by himself instead of traveling with the rest of the White House team.

The entire team was expected to travel to the Winfield House, where the U.S ambassador lived.

“Bolton apparently felt too important to travel with the rest of us,” Sanders writes.

“We waited and watched as Bolton sped by and left us in the dust.” She noted “how arrogant and selfish Bolton could be, not just in this moment but on a regular basis.”

And once the White House team arrived at the Winfield House, she claims Mulvaney tore Bolton to shreds.

“Let’s face it, John,” Mulvaney said, according to Sanders. “You’re a f—— self-righteous, self-centered son of a b——!'”

The harsh depiction of Bolton comes off the heels of his battle with Trump over the release of a tell-all book that is rumored to speculate on the events surrounding a White House call with the Ukrainian president.

Bolton recently made headlines for calling Trump “unfit” for office — although the President could be the least of his worries now that Huckabee Sanders’ book has surfaced.
