Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden tried to go off-script during a televised address… and had a severe “senior moment” on live television.
Biden is trying to campaign through his mainstream media allies — but his latest appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” may seriously hurt his campaign.
Watch for yourself as Biden tried to stop using the teleprompter… and can’t remember what he’s saying —

The slurring, stutters, and jumping from one idea to the next are worrisome, critics say. As he speaks, the words escape him.
At least one liberal magazine, Jacobin, has mentioned Biden may be senile.
Yet the Democratic establishment rallied around Biden, even though he can’t get through a one-minute thought without help from a teleprompter.
And the mainstream media refuses to address the “senior moment” issues.
The Horn News won’t speculate that the Democrats are abusing a senior in forcing Biden to run –– as many other pundits have –– but the left-wing does have some explaining to do.
Lord knows there won’t be any clarification from Biden.
The transcript from the clip reads as follows:
“I sat with a guy yesterday on, on a telephone, and he’s telling me, he said, ‘I don’t always [inaudible] look, I, I, I, I work through the hospital. And he said then ‘I, I got, I got myself in a position where I got the virus so they quarantined me and they put me in the hospital and I made it out so I’m out, but they don’t want me with my family, I’m on the third floor.’ I spent 15 minutes on the phone with him, saying, he said, ‘I’ve a three-year-old and a four-year-old and they come to the door outside, and they just knock on the door and say, daddy, daddy, can I see you daddy, can I see you daddy? So we spent time going through what I used to do with my kids when they were little and couldn’t see them, and we’d play games. I said ‘knock––make up a game––knock, knock on the door and say this is, you know, p-practical things, this guy’s scared to death. And he’s worried about his children, he’s worried about his wi––I mean these are practical things. And the President talks about this like, ‘OK, it’s gonna be OK. We’re gonna open, tomorrow, we’re gonna do this––I mean, it’s just … I must tell you, it drives me crazy.”
But to be fair, that was more of his coherent moments.
