Beto O’Rourke’s debate stunt will leave you FURIOUS

2020 hopeful Beto O’Rourke is desperate to save his campaign — so he’s pulling a stunt Tuesday meant to get him the attention of far-left voters.

When he takes the debate stage in Detroit, he’ll be accompanied by a group of football players infamous for kneeling for the national anthem.

O’Rourke has supported the anti-American stunt for some time.

He became aware of the former Michigan high school players Michael Lynn III, Matthew Abdullah, RoJe Williams, and Kabbalah Richards (who will be unable to attend because of college) after one of the player’s families donated to O’Rourke’s campaign.

O’Rourke then reached out to the men, who were inspired by former NFL player Colin Kaepernick, the quarterback who began a trend of players protesting the national anthem.

Last year, O’Rourke graced headlines when he said that there was “nothing more American that he could think of,” than to kneel in protest of America and the American flag.

O’Rourke insisted that by disrespecting the flag, the players showed their patriotism.

In a statement to The Associated Press on Monday, O’Rourke said the four players “have served their community in one of the most American ways possible.”

But the military men and women who served? O’Rourke seems to think their service doesn’t count.

By Tuesday night, it will be protesters — not veterans — sitting front and center at the Democratic debate.

As players at Lansing Catholic, the four players took a knee together in 2017.

Lynn and his teammates were benched for their protest, and eventually Lynn and Abdullah transferred to other high schools.

The three men have reached voting age and will meet O’Rourke for the first time Tuesday night.
