[Must see] The one Trump story the media HATES

The mainstream media wants Americans to think that President Donald Trump as a dictator-in-waiting — but according to the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), the opposite is true.

But the media is ignoring the cold, hard facts.

Under the current administration, the U.S. government is shrinking in size and regulations are flying out the window every single day.

In terms of the “Unconstitutionality Index,” America just hit an all-time low of 12.

Compared to former Barack Obama’s high of 51 out of 100 in 2013, and it’s easy to see which direction the country is headed.

In other words, everyday the government bloat that has consumed Washington, D.C. for decades is shrinking. That means we’re getting closer and closer to restoring the government envisioned by the founding fathers… thanks to Trump.

“In fact, the efforts by the White House, Office of Management and Budget, and several agencies to cut and reduce the flow of regulations this year have only ever been topped once: by the same Trump team last year,” The Washington Examiner reported.

Under Trump, there has been a “substantial reduction in the number of rules and regulations published within all … Federal Register pages,” the CEI reported in it’s Dec. 31 year-end review.

How much?

“The Federal Register closed out 2018 with 3,367 final rules in all. The only lower count was 3,281 under Trump a year ago, which was the lowest count since records began being kept in the mid-1970s,” the CEI stated.

So why did the number go up?

“Rules and regulations cannot be revoked, only replaced by new ones under the 1946 Administrative Procedure Act’s public notice-and-comment process. (And things get even far more convoluted than that),” CEI noted. “So, for Trump to get rid of a rule (recall his directive to eliminate two significant rules for every one adopted) his agencies have to write a rule.”

That means most of the new Trump rules being issued are simply overriding bloated, needless rules from the past.

Because of that, everyday the government is shrinking and getting closer and closer to our original constitutional republic.

Not exactly a story you’d hear from the mainstream media, is it?
