Court sworn testimony has revealed that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Democrats were prepared to challenge the results of the 2016 presidential election.
The Washington Times reported on the court testimony of British spy Christopher Steele, who admitted he compiled and wrote a Democrat-financed challenge to a possible Donald Trump victory… before the election even took place.
Steele said he was hired by a Democratic law firm named Perkins Coie to help the Clinton campaign by supplying them with anti-Trump information.

Some of what Steele said he gathered was speculation on “the potential impact of Russian involvement” in the U.S. election. The purpose was to question “the legal validity of the outcome.”
With his findings, Steele said, “the Democratic National Committee and ‘Hillary for America’ could consider steps they would be legally entitled to take to challenge the validity of the outcome of that election.”
Steele’s testimony, taken in London in August, was given in a defamation lawsuit by three Russian bankers. Steele’s admissions were sealed until a libel lawsuit against Steele’s firm, Fusion GPS, was filed in the U.S.
The Democrats never filed an election challenge, but have been crying “Russian Collusion” ever since.
No one connected to Trump has been charged with collusion. Federal investigators say Russia meddled in the election by hacking Democratic Party emails that it released via WikiLeaks, but haven’t linked it to Trump or Republicans.
Russia has also been accused of sponsoring anti-Trump “alt-left” rallies, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, and Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein’s 2016 recount bid.
In a case brought last year, Steele admitted that his assignment he was given by Hillary’s campaign was to find any contact between anyone associated with Trump and any Russian leader. That case was dismissed by a D.C. Superior Court judge, but lawyers are appealing.
Neither Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s $25 million so-called “witch hunt” nor the U.S. Congress has found any proof of any collusion. Trump himself has denied any conspiracy, calling it “fake news.”
Steele claims he found internet traffic that “suggested” that a computer server which Moscow’s Alfa Bank had an interest in possibly communicated with a computer server “linked” in some way to the Trump campaign.
A Trump spokesman explained that online spam from the later server went to Alfa Bank employees who may have stayed at Trump Tower. The FBI concluded the same thing.
Steele’s firm, Fusion GPS, talked with then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr. Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn R. Simpson claimed that the email communication was direct, and not just spam.
The three Russian complainants, Mikhail Fridman, Petr Aven and German Khan, control Alfa Bank and are defending against what they say are false allegations. Fusion GPS characterizes the three as corrupt cronies of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Steele is also being sued by Russian entrepreneur Aleksej Gubarev, who provides computer servers to thousands of clients. Steele accused Gubarev of hacking the Democratic computers; Gubarev says that’s a lie.
