Critics have accused Sen. John McCain of going out of his way to disrupt President Donald Trump’s agenda since Inauguration Day.

But if a reporter dares question McCain about it, they’d better be prepared for a nasty reaction.

McCain was caught on camera this attacking a Fox News reporter for questioning his anti-Trump motivations.

“Has your relationship with our president frayed to the point where you will not support anything he comes and asks you for?” the Fox News reporter asked the establishment Republican senator.

McCain response was to verbally attack the reporter.

“Why would you say something that stupid?” McCain responded. “Why would you ask something that dumb? Huh?”

“My job as a United States Senator and as a senator from Arizona, which I was just re-election to… do you mean that I’m somehow going to behave in a way that I’m going to block everything because of some personal disagreement?” McCain continued.

“That’s a dumb question.”
