British police named two of the three men who left a trail of bloodshed with a van and knife attack in central London.

All three men were shot dead by police during the attack.

Khuram Shazad Butt was a 27-year-old Pakistani-born Briton known to authorities, according to a statement issued by London police.

Rachid Redouane, who had claimed to be Moroccan and Libyan, variously given his age as 30 or 25 and also used Elkhdar as a surname, was unknown until the night the two were shot dead along with a third attacker who has not been identified, police said.

The identity of their third accomplice is still being confirmed by police.

Ten others who were arrested in the east London neighborhood of Barking where the two named suspects had lived remained in custody.

Identified as the “ringleader” according to The Sun, Butt worked at KFC and for the clothing store Top Shop. He has two children and had previously appeared in the 2016 documentary, “The Jihadis Next Door,” according to The Daily Mail.

The documentary depicted Butt and others praying in front of an ISIS flag in Regent’s Park, London, and were later detained by police.

Butt had been reported to police by his neighbor, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

“I phoned the anti-terror hotline. I spoke to the gentleman. I told him about our conversation and why I think he was radicalized. I did my bit, I know a lot of other people did their bit but the authorities did not do their bit.”

Redouane was found with an Irish identity card, according to RTE, and lived in Dublin for 18 months between 2014 and 2016 and had a Scottish wife, Sky News reported.

Police appealed for the public’s help Monday to learn more about their movements in the days leading up to the deadly rampage that killed seven people dead and dozens wounded.
