Hypocrite! Kathy Griffin whines that Trump’s bullying her

Comedian Kathy Griffin wants everyone to stop talking about the nasty photo she made making light of beheading the president — and she’s blaming Donald Trump and “old white guys” for the backlash.

The controversial photo was created by Griffin and shows her holding the bloody, severed head of the President of the United States. Since Griffin shared the photo, she’s found herself in the spotlight for the first time in years — and she’s not happy about it.

Griffin has had numerous show appearances cancelled, and has been fired from her job at CNN. To respond to her critics, Griffin organized a press conference Thursday — where she blamed sexism and white men for her problems.

Yes, really.

To begin her apology, Griffin explained that she’d “been in a war zone” to perform comedy for the USO, so she shouldn’t be criticized for encouraging the assassination of the president.

Griffin then blamed Trump “and his children and the First Lady” for personally ruining her life over the photo. She said a comedian being criticized this harshly, “has never happened in the history of this country!”

“I’m under a Secret Service investigation!” she complained without a hint of irony, before going on a strange rant about how brave she is.

“I keep it real. I’m going to make fun of the president. And you know what? I’m going to make fun of him more now!” Griffin told reporters.

Then, Griffin tried to explain the controversy was a shadowy conspiracy against her.

“I get what I am. I get it. They’re using ME as a shiny object; I get it!” she said. “So no one is talking about the FBI investigation. I get it.”

She obviously doesn’t get the irony; the fact that Griffin thinks she gets it, proves she does not.

“I’m 56 years old. I’ve had everyone turn on me!” Griffin said as she started to cry, and then complained her own mother wasn’t speaking to her because of “Tucker Carlson.”

“There’s a bunch of old white guys trying to silence me!” Griffin sobbed.

Later, when questioned by a reporter, Griffin claimed this would not be happening if she was a man. “Cut the crap. This wouldn’t be happening to a guy!” Griffin told reporters.

“This is a woman thing; I’m just gonna come out and say it.”

No, Ms. Griffin. Perhaps we should explain.

Taking a photo of yourself holding the bloody, severed head of the president and circulating it to tabloids for attention is a disgusting act.

It’s tasteless. It’s vulgar. It’s inappropriate on every level.

Blaming the backlash on everyone else?

That’s insane.
