Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez traveled to Tennesse over the weekend to campaign for a radical leftist Democratic congressional candidate.
Someone, the New York liberal suddenly picked up a Southern accent on the way.
“Yeehaw, howdy ya’ll,” is not a great way to charm Southern voters.
The New York congresswoman, raised in New York City, broke out the “fake Southern accent” Friday at a rally for Tennessee state Rep. Justin Pearson, who is running for the congressional seat being vacated by retiring Rep. Steve Cohen. AOC was joined on stage by socialist Reps. Ayanna Pressley and Summer Lee.

“We cannot afford to leave Tennessee behind,” she said. “We cannot afford to leave Kentucky behind, Alabama behind, Mississippi behind, Georgia behind, South Carolina behind. There is no country where we are split apart.”
Ocasio-Cortez said it was time for the Northern states to roll up to the South and take over.
“About a month or two ago, we were in Montgomery, Alabama — Sister Pressley and I were in Montgomery, Alabama, and one of the things that we said was that it is time for the North to roll up to the South.”
“We will not be chased out of places anymore, brothers and sisters,” Ocasio-Cortez continued. “It’s going to take all of us together rejecting separation, for us to organize and speak life into one another because we will, we will see the day where we will turn the crooked path straight.”

Vice President Kamala Harris was also mocked in 2024 for repeatedly faking different accents at different campaign stops, sometimes two different ones on the same day.
Phony Dems and phony accents want to “roll up” the South and implement socialism.
