California Gov. Gavin Newsom made a sport out of criticizing President Donald Trump for not releasing his tax returns.
Newsom even made a big deal out of signing a state law (which was later struck down) requiring presidential primary candidates to release five years of tax returns to appear on California’s ballot.
But Newsom has a growing scandal that’s not going away… and that could sink his own presidential ambitions.
Despite promising transparency, Newsom has not released his own tax returns since 2020. And when Newsom was recently confronted about his stunning hypocrisy, he had a full meltdown.
