Disturbing video has emerged from San Diego, where a man was engaged in a verbal argument with security guards at a bar.
That’s when one of the guards makes the insane decision to taser the man in the face.
The tasered man is reportedly going to be fine… but the security guard, not so much. He was arrested and is being charged with multiple felonies.
