Gavin Newsom unveils evil new plan after he’s president

Gavin Newsom is currently the failed governor of California, but he already has plans for what he will do when he’s the next president—and it could permanently alter the United States as we know it.

In a spontaneous moment with an interviewer, the normally well-scripted governor let his guard down and seemed to admit that he plans to end debate, radically change one branch of government, and rule with an iron fist.

His words were chilling.

“I’m done winning arguments,” Newsom said. “We’ve gotta win, and we’ve gotta consolidate power.”

That’s the kind of statement you’d expect to hear from a low-level Mafia boss or a tinpot dictator, not the leader of the most populous state in America.

But his contempt for democracy didn’t stop there. Newsoms intervew got specific about the ways and means of limiting your voice in your own government.

He has said he’s going to begin by changing the American form of government.

The podcaster interviewing him began talking about “expanding” the number of Supreme Court justices to 13, giving a future Democratic president the ability to pack the Supreme Court with four more justices.

Four new appointments would change the tide on a court made up of six Republican appointees and three liberals. A packed court would rubber-stamp any bill Democrats wanted to pass.

“I’m with you,” Newsom told the interviewer at the end of his rant.

The governor said there’s an “interesting” historical argument to be made for legally changing the number of justices who sit on the court, because “there’s no Constitutional constraints on that.”

Unfortunately, for once, the leftist is right.

Nothing in the Constitution says the number of Supreme Court justices has to be nine.

The current number of justices is a longstanding legal custom that has not been updated for a century, but political parties have increased or decreased the number several times to help their president or hurt the other party. No one has even tried to pack the court is nearly 90 years.

But the Democrats are desperate, tired of losing elections, and ready to take advantage of anything that eliminates the need to ask the American people before turning the country into a socialist dictatorship.

What’s more chilling is Newsom isn’t the only Democrat to make an argument against “winning arguments.”

“Let’s talk about packing the court. Let’s talk about expanding it. Let’s talk about what we need to do to push back against the MAGA Republicans” said Rep. Seth Moulton, D-Mass., last Thursday on CNN. “This is not a time to step back. This is a time to stand up and fight.”

Moulton, who has positioned himself as a more “moderate” Democrat, went crazy after the Supreme Court ruled that President Donald Trump has the power to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Hatians and Syrians. “American citizens will see their classmates just ripped out of their schools,” Moulton complained—although that’s exactly what voters in places like Springfield, Ohio, voted for. “And on top of this, it’s going to take away a lot of…workers.”

Many other Democrats have talked about giving the next president carte blanche power to “expand” the court—and critics call it a monumental act of hypocrisy.

“Gavin Newsom, like all Democrats, allegedly wants ‘no kings’ in America. But what they really mean is, they want no Republicans to hold office,” wrote Amy Curtis at Townhall.com.

That may not even be the scariest part of their plan.

Unhinged Democrat Rep. Seth Moulton warns if Democrats gain power they will do whatever it takes to stop President Trump, including packing the court:

“The most terrifying thing is that Democrats want to pack the Court with Ketanji Brown Jacksons,” wrote Michael Thielen, president and executive director of the Republican National Lawyers Association, in a guest editorial for RedState.com. Jackson is the justice who said she could not define the term “woman,” because she is “not a biologist” and described the Supreme Court appointment as “a wonderful opportunity to tell people in my opinions how I feel about the issues.”

“One KBJ is problematic,” wrote Theilen. “Five would be a disaster.”

Packing the court is such a bad idea it was even rejected by the man who appointed Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Joe Biden appointed a panel to investigate adding new justices to Supreme Court—and even the Democratic members said it sounded like a bad idea.

Maybe the Democratic Party’s real leader, Barack Obama, thought he could wait, because he would have three terms to foist his court-packing plan on America through his puppets: one for Joe Biden and two for Kamala Harris.

But now they see that time is running out, and they plan to push everything through at once.

One constitutional expert has said even the threat of packing the court might be pushing Republican Supreme Court appointees like Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett to vote with the Left, like in today’s birthright citizenship decision.

“The last time a plan to pack the Supreme Court was seriously debated, fear that the plan might succeed was enough to alter the Court’s rulings in key cases,” said Senator Mike Lee, R-Utah, after the ruling came down Tuesday morning. “We shouldn’t assume that today’s justices are immune from external pressures, including threats of Court packing.”

But it seems like the Democrats are so intent to pack the court that thet plan to change an entire branch of government without giving you a say in the matter.

If Democrats get back into power in 2028, “I think on day one, they should make Puerto Rico [and] D.C. a state, and they should expand the Supreme Court to 13,” said James Carville. Completely changing America into a one-party state would be a great way to tell Republicans, “F**k it. Eat our dust!”

But he had a vital piece of advice: Keep the plan secret.

“Don’t run on it. Don’t talk about it. Just do it,” he said.

Nuke The Filibuster!

Former Democrat strategist and TDS sufferer James Carville just laid out the possible Dem strategy if they retake power in the U.S. Government – make Puerto Rico and D.C. into states, pack the Supreme Court:

Gavin Newsom may have just rejected Carville’s winning advice and spilled the beans about the Democrats’ plan to fundamentally transform America. And that may just save American freedom.
