AOC recently posted a lie-filled video claiming that trillionaire Elon Musk gutted Social Security and Medicaid — and Americans are begging Musk to sue her into oblivion.

Someone get AOC a copy of “Schoolhouse Rock” so she can learn how a bill becomes a law. As an unelected, private citizen, Musk has no authority whatsoever over Social Security or Medicaid.
Internet users were quick to point that out, asking Musk to sue AOC for defamation.
“If its not too late, maybe you can add AOC to the lawsuit you have contemplated against [California Rep.] Ro Khanna,” one user wrote.
“When she’s not under the protections of Congress… she needs [to be] sued into poverty,” wrote another.
At the moment, Musk doesn’t seem ready to lawyer up, but that could change. And it looks like he’d certainly have a case.
